Chasing a target of 114, Bangladesh managed to reach 109/7 in their 20 overs. Keshav Maharaj was instrumental in the final over, taking three wickets, including two crucial dismissals. Anrich Nortje and Kagiso Rabada also contributed significantly, each claiming two wickets for the Proteas.

For Bangladesh, Towhid Hridoy stood out with a knock of 37 off 34 balls. Earlier, Heinrich Klaasen top-scored for South Africa, guiding them to 113/6 in their 20 overs. On the bowling front for Bangladesh, Tanzim Hasan Sakib was impressive, taking three wickets.
